Program Offered
Junior Achievement offers in-class programs to educate and inspire students in grades K-12 to value free enterprise, business and economics to improve the quality of their lives. The program contains hands on exciting activities to prepare students for the world of work and real life situations.

Population Served
Grades K-12 in schools in Delray Beach and Boca Raton in Palm Beach County, and in schools throughout Broward County.

Mentor Responsibilities
Mentors must be at least 18 years of age. High school students may volunteer through their school.  Junior Achievement provides the training and curriculum. Along with the Junior Achievement curriculum, volunteers share their personal experiences about the world of work and business.

Time Commitment
Volunteers visit assigned classrooms once per week for one hour each visit. Number of visits varies from five to ten visits depending on grade level.
